National Waffle Day!

The New Yorker Residence celebrated National Waffle Day (March 25th) in a fun way by having their breakfast at dinner time!
RAs Paul and Sean whipped up some home-made Belgian waffles (with supervision), and residents enjoyed their fresh, warm Belgian waffles topped not only with the basic butter and syrup, but also an assortment of fruits such as bananas, strawberries, and blueberries.
Over 30 students showed up for the event, making EHS glad to have grabbed some extra ingredients!
