  • A double occupancy living space furnished with a bathroom and captain’s beds with drawers, desks, desk chairs and wardrobes.  This also includes a “kitchenette” with a refrigerator, microwave, a stovetop burner, sink and additional kitchen storage. All residences except Marymount also provide a television in each room.

  • A single-person living space furnished with a private bathroom and captain’s bed with drawers, desk, desk chair and wardrobe.  This also includes a “kitchenette” with a refrigerator, microwave, a stovetop burner, sink and additional kitchen storage.  All residences except Marymount also provide a television in each room.

Get great Mexican food above 96th street, play a game of pick-up soccer nearby Central Park, visit one of the many museums along Museum Mile, or catch a lecture at the renowned 92nd Street Y.

    Yolanda Cruz

    Director of Student Life

    Yolanda Cruz is in charge of all buildings and around 5,000+ residents. Yolanda is a native of Houston Texas, she received a BS in Psychology from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, and she has been with Educational Housing Services since May of 2006. Previously, she was the Residence Director at the St. George/Clark residences for two years, and the Residence Director at the 1760 Third Avenue Residence.  Yolanda also does a lot of 'behind the scenes' work that is vital to EHS. Before joining EHS Yolanda was a Residence Director at Marymount Manhattan College, as well as a Residence Manager at Boston University.

    Irina Ostrozhnyuk

    Residence Director

    Irina Ostrozhnyuk joined EHS in the summer of 2010, and since then she has been a tremendous asset to the team. She has an undergraduate degree in Physics with a minor in Math and Secondary Education from Adelphi University, and a Master’s Degree from Baruch in Higher Education Administration. Before joining the EHS, Irina was a Building Manager for Residential Life at the Fashion Institute of Technology.  Irina’s hometown is Kiev, Ukraine, and she always has a smile for the residents!
