EHS Block Party
It's our end of year party to celebrate another great year at the St. George Residence.

Located in a beautiful residential neighborhood in the convenience of midtown, The Marymount Manhattan Residence offers unique suites with impressive views. It is within walking distance of a wealth of classic NYC attractions including Grand Central Station, the Chrysler Building, the United Nations headquarters, the main branch of the New York Public Library, and Bryant Park. The area is also home to the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), famed Rockefeller Center, and Radio City Music Hall.
All students and interns residing at The Marymount Manhattan Residence live in apartment-style suites. Offering lots of light and great views, each suite has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a private bathroom, and can have up to 4 people per suite. Single and double bedrooms are available.
As with all of our residences, your room at The Marymount Manhattan comes fully furnished with designer beds, desks, and wardrobes/dressers that maximize living space. Plus an in-suite dining area and free high-speed Internet means from day one you’ll never miss a beat. Whether you prefer a single, or double room, your comfort is our priority. The student housing also include 24-hour lounges, and a laundry room on the premises.
Study in one of the gorgeous reading rooms at the New York Public Library, catch an outdoor movie in Bryant Park, view some Picasso’s at the MoMA or great ‘outsider art’ at the American Folk Art Museum. Stop by St. Patrick’s Cathedral, or pick up great produce at a local farmer’s market and catch sight of the presidential convoy on its way to the UN.
Plus with Sony Music Entertainment and HBO headquarters just around the corner, you might find yourself bumping in to a high-powered producer or two. Midtown east is also home to some of the world’s most well known department stores such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, and Bloomingdales. Of course, there are plenty of local restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, affordable clothing stores, banks, grocery stores, and pharmacies in the vicinity to choose from.
The Marymount Manhattan is just a few short blocks away from the Lexington E/M at 53rd Street, the 4/5/6/N/Q/R trains at 59th Street, and Grand Central Station where you can catch the 4/5/6/7 trains, the shuttle to Times Square, and the Metro North Railroad.
