Housing That Feels Like Home (Or Better)
When it comes to off-campus housing, our residences are far from the norm. They are all are located in the best neighborhoods in New York City, and as far as amenities go, we’ve broken all of the rules. We cover all the bases to ensure our residences are comfortable and safe: each building has 24-hour security, and round-the-clock emergency on-call services.
With EHS, students and interns also get hassle free service with no broker fees, no credit checks, and no security deposits.
Student Life, It’s What Sets Us Apart
The Student Life Program inspires students to discover their vital new living community and the wonders of New York City safely and affordably. Students embrace our supportive environment as a true home away from home, which helps them to flourish academically and socially. In turn, colleges benefit as student retention and academic achievement improve.
Each residence is staffed with live-in, fully trained Resident Directors and Resident Advisors who are on a rotating 24-hour schedule to ensure someone is always available to assist residents. From everything to receiving packages, to hosting New York City excursions, to offering practical advice on how to navigate the city—our Student Life staff takes delight in everything they do.
Raising the Bar for Educators and Businesses
EHS partners with colleges, universities, academic programs, and businesses to provide custom solutions for their interns and housing needs. As many colleges and universities find the need to privatize or outsource their housing, EHS has stepped up to the task with new and longstanding partnerships with leading post-secondary educational institutions throughout New York and beyond.
We also work with over a hundred leading law firms, financial institutions, media companies, medical facilities and other businesses to house their interns and summer associates. Our reach spans the globe, accommodating international students who come to New York for that once-in-a-lifetime summer internship opportunity.
