Located in a beautiful residential neighborhood in the convenience of midtown, The Marymount Manhattan Residence offers unique suites with impressive views. It is within walking distance of a wealth of classic NYC attractions including Grand Central Station, the Chrysler Building, the United Nations headquarters, the main branch of the New York Public Library, and Bryant Park. The area is also home to the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), famed Rockefeller Center, and Radio City Music Hall.
All students and interns residing at The Marymount Manhattan Residence live in apartment-style suites. Offering lots of light and great views, each suite has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a private bathroom, and can have up to 4 people per suite. Single and double bedrooms are available.
As with all of our residences, your room at The Marymount Manhattan comes fully furnished with designer beds, desks, and wardrobes/dressers that maximize living space. Plus an in-suite dining area and free high-speed Internet means from day one you’ll never miss a beat. Whether you prefer a single, or double room, your comfort is our priority. The student housing also include 24-hour lounges, and a laundry room on the premises.
Suites can vary in size. Suites with larger bedrooms may contain extra sets of furniture. However, no suite will be booked with more than four people.

Of course, there are plenty of local restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, affordable clothing stores, banks, grocery stores, and pharmacies in the vicinity to choose from.
