American Eagle Outfitters has teamed up with Educational Housing Services for the very best in student-intern housing.

The EHS New Yorker Residence is an amenity-filled residence (free wifi, central air conditioning, fitness centers, 24-hour security and more). Located in the heart of Manhattan, and is within walking distance of American Eagle Outfitters offices on 5th Avenue!

 

Restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping and culture are all close to The New Yorker so residents are close to everything they need. Shopping in Herald Square is nearby, plus Central Park and the High Line offer a chance to escape the action and recharge. Students also love that the residence has the Tik Tok Diner right in the lobby for fast, delicious meals.

 

All EHS residents also enjoy access to EHS' exclusive Student Life program, which includes in-person trips to famous museums, Yankees games, food festivals and more, providing an easy way for residents to meet and form friendships.

Rest assured knowing that EHS's highest priority always is the safety and well-being of students and staff. EHS residences offer 24/7 security guards at each building entrance, as well as live-in professional Student Life staff ready to help out with any questions or issues that come up. In a shared room/suite, Female and Male rooms are assigned to residents whose gender identity aligns with the gender of that room. Selecting Neutral allows residents to reside with other residents regardless of gender identity, sex or gender expression.

Subject to availability. All 9 month reservations require 30% plus Membership Fee at the time of reservation, with 30% due by 8/1 and the final 40% due by 12/1.

A guarantor is a person over the age of 21, usually a parent, who agrees to be responsible if you are ever unable to fulfill the financial obligations of your housing agreement. If you can't get a parent to be a guarantor, the next best bet would be a relative or friend.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To ensure the integrity of your reservation, all cancellation requests MUST be received by EHS through DocuSign or sent via certified or registered mail (to 55 Clark Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, Attention: Director of Leasing). Your request MUST be processed by DocuSign by 11:59 pm New York City Time, or postmarked on or before the cancellation deadlines set forth above. Cancellation requests processed or postmarked after the deadline or sent via a different method will result in NO REFUND of monies paid.

If there is a guarantor (required for 9 and 12 month reservations), the guarantor will be responsible to guarantee payment pursuant to the License Agreement and the Guaranty.

The client also understands that the Membership Fee is NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE.

All refunds are processed via check within 8-10 weeks and mailed to the client.
