Educational Housing Services (EHS) is a not-for-profit organization that provides safe, convenient housing services to thousands of students and interns working to make their dreams come true, just like you.

As part of the EHS community, you’ll have access to a bundle of impressive amenities including free wifi, central air conditioning, fitness centers, 24-hour security and more.

All EHS residents also enjoy access to EHS' exclusive Student Life program, which includes trips to Broadway shows, Yankees games, food festivals and more.*

The EHS St. George Residence is a great option for college students, located in beautiful Brooklyn Heights, a gorgeous location. Steps away from the 2/3 line. This is a great choice for students who want to enjoy Brooklyn's laid-back vibe while still being close to the action of Manhattan. Restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping and culture are all close to the building so residents have everything they need.

Another great option for college students, The EHS New Yorker Residence is located in the heart of Manhattan, only steps away from Penn Station, and is a favorite for the students on the go. At the center of everything. Whether you need to be downtown or uptown, on the east or west side, this Manhattan residence’s central location makes getting around ridiculously easy.

Subject to availability. All 9 month reservations require 30% plus Membership Fee at the time of reservation, with 30% due by 8/1 and the final 40% due by 12/1.

4. Provide Guarantor Information

First & Last Name

A guarantor is a person over the age of 21, usually a parent, who agrees to be responsible if you are ever unable to fulfill the financial obligations of your housing agreement. If you can't get a parent to be a guarantor, the next best bet would be a relative or friend.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To ensure the integrity of your reservation, all cancellation requests MUST be received by EHS through DocuSign or sent via certified or registered mail (to 55 Clark Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, Attention: Director of Leasing). Your request MUST be processed by DocuSign by 11:59 pm New York City Time, or postmarked on or before the cancellation deadlines set forth above. Cancellation requests processed or postmarked after the deadline or sent via a different method will result in NO REFUND of monies paid.

If there is a guarantor (required for 9 and 12 month reservations), the guarantor will be responsible to guarantee payment pursuant to the License Agreement and the Guaranty.

The client also understands that the Membership Fee is NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE.

All refunds are processed via check within 8-10 weeks and mailed to the client.
