Educational Housing Services (EHS) is a not-for-profit organization that provides safe, convenient housing services to thousands of students and interns working to make their dreams come true, just like you.
As part of the EHS community, you’ll have access to a bundle of impressive amenities including free wifi, central air conditioning, fitness centers, 24-hour security and more.
All EHS residents also enjoy access to EHS' exclusive Student Life program, which includes trips to Broadway shows, Yankees games, food festivals and more.*

For over 15 years, EHS has provided housing to Pratt students.
Come live in beautiful Brooklyn Heights, surrounded by many conveniences and just a short distance from Pratt Institute’s campus! Here, you will find three towers in the St. George to choose from (based upon availability). At Pratt’s request, EHS is offering guaranteed housing in Brooklyn Heights to Pratt students who reserve for nine-months by August 1, 2022. After August 1, 2022, it will based upon availability. Pratt students are also able to live in EHS’ New Yorker Hotel, based upon availability.
COMMUTE
By Subway
from EHS St George to Pratt Institute: Take the Brooklyn-bound A or C train at High Street subway station (at Cadman Plaza) to the Hoyt-Schermerhorn station. Cross platform and take the G train (front car) to the Clinton-Washington station. Use Washington Avenue exit. On Washington, walk one block north to DeKalb Avenue. Turn right onto DeKalb and proceed one block to Hall Street/Saint James to the corner gate of the Pratt campus. Estimated travel time of 25 minutes
