Educational Housing Services, Inc. Welcomes Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Ariel M. Dybner
Mr. Dybner brings 15+ years of experience to this newly created role
BROOKLYN, NY (September XX, 2013): Educational Housing Services, Inc. (EHS), the leading provider of private, off-campus student housing in New York City, today announced the appointment of Ariel M. Dybner as the first to hold the new role of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Dybner brings more than fifteen years of experience to the position, including time recently as a Partner at leading law firms Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Mayer Brown LLP.

Mr. Dybner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Amherst College, a Master of Science degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and the Articles Editor of the Columbia Business Law Review.
Mr. Dybner is also Vice Chair of the Maplewood Township Zoning Board of Adjustment as well as a member of Congregation B’nai Israel’s Youth Committee. A member of the New York bar, Mr. Dybner is an Attorney Affiliate Member of the National Association of Development Companies.
Ariel is married to Mariela Dybner, with whom he has five children: Lucy (13), Phoebe (12), Sara (6), and twins Theodore (5) and Miles (5). The Dybners also have a dog named Pulaski, who was named for the Pulaski Skyway. In his spare time -- which is rare -- Ariel enjoys biking.
