Mr. Irvin brings 30 years of professional leadership to the EHS Board of Directors

BROOKLYN, NY (February 2, 2015): Educational Housing Services, Inc. (EHS) has announced the election of new Board Member Dennis R. Irvin, effective immediately. Mr. Irvin’s appointment expands the EHS Board to seven. Other Members include The Honorable Jerry Hultin, Samara Barend, William Cockrum III, John Randolph II, Donald D. Sheets, and Dale Anne Reiss.
Mr. Irvin has an extensive 30-year background in commercial real estate finance, investment banking and investment management. Over the course of his career, Mr. Irvin has been responsible for over $20 billion in transaction structuring and corporate advisory engagements globally and has overseen the structuring and placement of over $5 billion in real estate debt. Since 2007, Mr. Irvin has served as the President and CEO of the Rockefeller Group Investment Management Corporation, the global real estate investment management subsidiary of Rockefeller Group International, Inc. Prior to joining The Rockefeller Group, Mr. Irvin founded and headed the Commercial Real Estate Group with CIT Group. In addition, Mr. Irvin has served in senior advisory positions with Cushman & Wakefield, JP Morgan Chase, and LaSalle Partners (now Jones Lang LaSalle).
Mr. Irvin received a BA in Economics and Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
