ID Cards

Each EHS resident will be issued a photo EHS ID card to enter the building and their room. All residents are required to carry their EHS ID at all times. This ID card will also be your room key.

If someone is found with an EHS ID/Key that doesn’t belong to them, the resident will face disciplinary sanctions including possible expulsion and the ID/Key will be confiscated. Read our Code of Conduct for more information about ID Cards.

LOCKOUTS

Please understand that it is your responsibility to carry your ID/key with you at all times. If you are locked out you should first go to EHS Student Life Office during the posted office hours. For lockouts after the Student Life Office is closed, please contact the RA on-call.
