Community Spaces

There are several comfortable community lounges open to residents and meant for gathering, studying, and relaxing.

COURTYARD

There is a courtyard for residents to enjoy. There are tables and seating for your convenience. The courtyard is open during daylight, weather permitting. There is no alcohol or smoking allowed in the courtyard. Please be aware that noise carries. Residents must keep noise to a minimum to respect surrounding apartments. Should there be noise complaints, noise levels going beyond acceptable limits, or residents misusing this space, we will have no choice but to close it permanently.

There is an emergency egress door to the street. No one is permitted to exit or enter this door except when instructed by staff. This door is alarmed and with surveillance cameras.

Any misuse or damage to the equipment will result in the resident being held responsible. Please clean up after yourself and understand that these spaces are used by all EHS residents and observe all signage and hours of operations. There are several areas around the residence where you can meet new friends or study.
