What's In My Room

Units are apartment-size suites. Each suite has 2 bedrooms to be shared with 3-4 residents.

Each resident is provided with a regular twin-size bed and mattress, a dresser, closet/wardrobe and a desk with a chair. Beds are lofted, bunked or mid-height. Bed configurations are permanent and cannot be removed or reconfigured. Some rooms have extra furniture and it cannot be removed, but you can use it for additional storage or for a visitor.

Each bedroom has an AC unit.

Each suite has a bathroom to be shared with roommates/suitemates. There is also a kitchenette which contains a microwave, two electric stove top burners, large refrigerator, and a small kitchen table and chairs.

Large Double Rooms have four sets of furniture although we only place 2 residents per bedroom. If there is extra furniture in your room, it cannot be removed.

Single Rooms are bunk style with twin sized beds and one set of extra furniture that cannot be reconfigured or removed.

Lofted beds are raised high with a ladder provided. A dresser, desk, and desk chair are underneath the bed for efficient use of space. Furniture configurations are permanent and cannot be changed.

Bunked beds are two beds that are stacked, one above the other. There are two dressers underneath the lower bed. A ladder is provided for the high bed. Furniture configurations are permanent and cannot be changed.

Residents living in a lofted or bunked room are not permitted to unloft their furniture. EHS will deny any request for removal, unlofting or rearrangement of furniture.
