Mail & Deliveries

RECEIVING PACKAGES

Once we have received a package for you, an email will be sent from EHS confirming receipt. In order to pick-up your package, please complete a package drop-off request. Package(s) can be picked up at the pick-up station near the dining area. If you are having problems receiving our confirmation emails please check your junk/spam folder or confirm that we have the correct email on file.

Note: If you have not yet moved in or received the email from EHS, please do not fill out this form!

You may ship items prior to your arrival, but please only ship items to arrive as close to your move-in date as possible but no earlier than 7 days prior. You do not need your room number to send packages.

We do not recommend receiving valuable items through mail but if you must, please send them through a trusted carrier service. EHS nor its employees are responsible for any missing/lost/damaged/stolen packages. Further, EHS is not responsible for refund of the items enclosed in packages.

Packages received for non-residents will not be accepted and returned to the sender. Mail and packages cannot be forwarded.

If you schedule a mail carrier like UPS, USPS or FedEx to pick up any of your packages, you must be present. We are unable to hold any packages that are scheduled to be picked up. If any boxes are found without supervision the items in these boxes will be donated.

DELIVERY SERVICES

All residents must pick up their food, laundry, and other deliveries in the lobby. EHS nor its employees are responsible for any missing/lost/damaged/stolen deliveries. Please make sure you give all delivery personnel your contact information. Any food that is unclaimed within 24 hours will be discarded.
