A single-person living space, within a unit shared by two to three other people. This room is furnished with a twin XL-size bed, a wardrobe, one dresser unit, and a desk with chair. The room features access to an in-unit bathroom, AC with digital thermostat, and a kitchenette complete with a stovetop, full refrigerator, and microwave.

Rates are per person, and for the entire semester.

Term Two Dates: June 1, 2025 – August 9, 2025

  • Rate: $7,650

A double (two-person) occupancy living space, within a unit shared by two to five other people. This room is furnished with a twin XL-size bed, one dresser unit, a wardrobe, and a desk with chair per person. In a shared room/suite, Female and Male rooms are assigned to residents whose gender identity aligns with the gender of that room. Selecting Neutral allows residents to reside with other residents regardless of gender identity, sex or gender expression.
